下颌前牙区牙龈外周型成釉细胞瘤1例报告

摘要
<正>成釉细胞瘤是常见的牙源性上皮性良性肿瘤之一,特发于颌骨,占所有牙源性肿瘤的60%以上。根据临床病理表现的不同,WHO将成釉细胞瘤分为实性或多囊性、骨外型或外周型、促结缔组织增生型、单囊型4个亚型。其中骨外型或外周型成釉细胞瘤是指发生在颌骨外的成釉细胞瘤,约占所有成釉细胞瘤的1%~([1])。国外也有文献报道称外周型成釉细胞瘤占所有成釉细胞瘤的2%~10%~([2])。该型成釉细胞瘤多发生于成人,平均
