新疆油田某区采出水回用技术研究

摘要
新疆油田某区污水排放口,开展清污软化水掺混研究,将部分外排污水回用注汽锅炉;通过外排污水与地层配伍性研究,将部分外排污水回注地层。将净化软化水和清水软化水按照一定比例混合后,使可溶性固体≤2 000mg/L,满足过热锅炉进水需求;某区外排污水与某注水站外排污水按1∶1混合配置,没有结垢趋势,配伍性较好。通过上述两项措施,实现了污水全部回用,可减排污水420万t/a,节约清水用量420万m~3/a,节约燃料1 580万m~3/a,节约运行成本4 772万元/a。
        The sewage outfall of a district in Xinjiang Oilfield was carried out to study the mixing of decontamination and softening water.The purified water was reused for steam injection boiler.Because the purified water could not be used totally,in order to ensure that it is no longer drained away,the purified water was injected into the stratum through the study of compatibility between purified water and stratum.The purified soften water mixed with clean softening water according to a certain proportion to ensure that the soluble solid was less than 2 000 mg/L,which could meet the superheated boiler water demand.The purified water from a water injection station mixed with that from a district at the ratio of 1:1,with non-fouling tendency and good compatibility.Through the above two measures,it can reduce purify water 4.2 million t/a,save water consumption 4.2 million m~3/a,save fuel 15.8 million m~3/a and save operation cost 47.72 million yuan/a.
