摘要
乙烯装置急冷系统主要是通过回收急冷油的热量发生稀释蒸汽,后续分离系统的热量主要由盘油和急冷水提供,因此急冷系统的能量回收是影响能耗的一个重要因素。主要对急冷油系统进行流程模拟,对汽油分馏塔操作的相关变量进行了调整优化,并取得了良好的优化效果。
The quench system of ethylene plant generates diluted steam mainly by recovering the heat of quench oil,and the heat recovery of pan oil and quench water supplies heat to the subsequent system. Therefore, the energy recovery of quench system is an important factor affecting energy consumption. In this paper, the process simulation of quench oil system was carried out. According to the simulation results of quench oil system, the relevant operating variables of gasoline fractionator were adjusted and optimized, and good results were obtained.
