人口市民化背景下德州市外来务工人员现状研究

摘要
有序推进城镇外来务工人员市民化是德州现阶段提高城镇化质量的重要任务,也是解决德州常住人口城镇化与户籍人口城镇化较大差距的重要手段。本文基于2017年问卷调查,分析德州市城镇外来务工人员的来源、年龄结构、学历结构等现状,分析人口市民化的意愿、存在问题,最后提出德州推进外来人口市民化的对策建议。研究发现:第一,德州市城镇外来务工人员以市内跨县(市区)迁移为主,就业技能弱,就业和居住趋于稳定,迁移方式以举家进城方式为主;第二,受市内跨县(市区)迁移特点的影响,德州城镇外来务工落户目的地以县城为主;第三,落户意愿受年龄、学历、收入、农村权益的影响较为显著,在保留农村权益的前提下落户意愿明显提升。
Orderly promoting the citizenization of migrant-workers in urban areas is an important task for improving the quality of urbanization in Dezhou city at this stage, and is also an important way to solve the large gap between the urbanization of the resident population in Dezhou and the urbanization of the household registration population. Based on questionnaire in 2017, this paper analyzes the source, age structure, aca-demic structure and other status of migrant-workers, the willingness of citizenization, the main problems,and puts forward some suggestions. This paper finds that: First, The migrant-workers in t Dezhou City mainly rely on the migration of cities across the county, weak employment skills, the employment and residence tend to be stable, and the migration mode is based on the way of whole family; Second, Affected by the characteris-tics of the cross-county migration in the city, the destinations of migrant-workers in Dezhou city are mainly county towns; Third, The willingness to citizenise is significantly affected by age, education, income, and rural rights. In the premise of retaining rural rights, the willingness of citizenise has increased signifi-cantly.
