中医针灸治疗老年颈椎小关节错缝的临床疗效评价

摘要
目的探讨中医针灸治疗老年颈椎小关节错缝的临床疗效评价。方法选取2014年1月到2107年12月本中心收治的78例老年颈椎小关节错缝患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予西医牵引、制动等治疗,观察组则给予西医牵引、制动等联合中医针灸治疗。比较两组老年颈椎小关节错缝治疗效果;疼痛完全消失时间、肌力恢复正常时间、感觉恢复时间;治疗前后患者疼痛NRS评分、颈椎功能评分、生活质量评分;不良反应出现率。结果观察组老年颈椎小关节错缝治疗效果高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组疼痛完全消失时间、肌力恢复正常时间、感觉恢复时间优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组疼痛NRS评分、颈椎功能评分、生活质量评分相近(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛NRS评分、颈椎功能评分、生活质量评分优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗过程无出现不良反应。结论西医牵引、制动等联合中医针灸治疗老年颈椎小关节错缝的应用效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,缓解疼痛,促进颈椎功能改善和生活质量改善,且无严重不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on cervical facet joint dislocation in senile patients. Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with cervical facet joint dislocation admitted to the center from January 2014 to December 2107 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases each. The control group was treated with western medicine traction and braking,while the observation group was treated with western medicine traction and braking combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion. To compare the curative effect between the two groups. The time of complete disappearance of pain,the time of normal muscle strength and the time of sensory recovery. Before and after treatment,patients' pain NRS score,cervical spine function score and quality of life score. Occurrence rate of adverse reactions. Results The treatment effect of cervical facet joint dislocation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time of complete pain disappearance,muscle strength recovery and sensory recovery in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,NRS score,cervical spine function score and quality of life score of the two groups were similar(P>0.05). After treatment,NRS score,cervical function score and quality of life score of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Western medicine traction and immobilization combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of elderly cervical facet joint dislocation has definite application effect,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,relieve pain,promote the improvement of cervical vertebra function and quality of life,without serious adverse reactions,safe and effective,worthy of promotion and application.
