外激波滚柱活齿传动齿廓设计及传动特性研究

摘要
为实现外激波滚柱活齿传动结构参数的模块化和系列化,对其齿形方程与传动特性问题进行了研究。运用坐标变换和齿形包络原理推导了中心轮齿廓方程,研究了中心轮齿数、激波系数和齿形系数对中心轮齿形的影响,推导两类典型传动压力角的函数式,并分析了各压力角及压力角极值的变化规律,确定了各压力角极值与激波系数及中心轮齿数的关系。研究结果表明,激波系数越小,中心轮的齿形的齿顶处曲率半径越小;齿形参数、中心轮齿数越大,中心轮的齿形的齿顶处曲率半径越小;随着θ_K的增加,α_1先增加后减小,α_2、α_3与α_4均先减小后增加;Ⅱ类传动的激波器活齿的压力角较大;随激波系数的增加,α_(1max)、α_(4max)单调递减,α_(2min)、α_(3min)单调递增;随着中心轮齿数的增加,α_(2min)、α_(3min)逐渐减小,α_(1max)、α_(4max)变化较小。
        In order to realize modular design and series design of external generating-wave movable teeth transmission structural parameters,the tooth profile equation and transmission characteristics are studied.The central gear tooth profile equation is deduced by coordinate transformation method and tooth envelope principle.The effects of parameters,such as the number of teeth of center wheel,generating-wave coefficient,tooth profile coefficient are analyzed.Taking two typical transmission types as the research objects,the calculation formula of pressure angle are deduced.The changing laws of each pressure angle extreme value are analyzed to ascertain relationship of the number of teeth of center wheel,generating-wave coefficient.The results show that the smaller the generating-wave coefficient is,the smaller the radius of curvature at the top of the tooth profile of the center wheel is.The bigger the tooth shape parameter and the center gear number,the smaller the curvature radius at the top of the tooth profile of the center wheel.With the increase ofθ_K,theα_1increases first and then decreases,andα_2,α_3andα_4decrease first and then increase.The pressure angle of generating-wave movable teeth of class II transmission is larger.With the increase of the generating-wave coefficient,α_(1max)andα_(4max)decrease monotonically,andα_(2min)andα_(3min)increase monotonically.With the increase of the number of the center teeth number,α_(2min)andα_(3min)gradually decrease,and the changes ofα_(1max)andα_(4max)are smaller.
