摘要
目的探讨微信联合PBL教学法在胃肠外科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年4月—6月于我院胃肠外科临床见习的医学生56名随机分成A、B 2组,A组29名采用微信联合PBL教学法进行教学,B组27名采用传统的LBL教学法进行教学。通过考试和问卷调查两种方式评价2组学生的临床见习教学效果。结果 A组学生的考试成绩明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示,学生对微信联合PBL教学法的满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论微信联合PBL教学法优于LBL教学法,有助于医学生临床思维和实践能力的培养。
        Objective To explore the effect of Wechat combined with problem based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical practice teaching of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods From April 2018 to June 2018,56 clinical medical students who practiced in department of gastrointestinal surgery of our hospital were divided into group A and group B randomly.29 students in group A were teached with Wechat combined with PBL teaching method,while 27 students in group B were teached with lecture based learning(LBL) teaching method.The effect of clinical practice teaching were evaluated through examinations and questionnaires.Results The test scores of group A students were significantly better than those of group B(P<0.05).According to questionnaire survey,students of group A who teached with We Chat combined with PBL teaching method is much more satisfying than students of group B who teached with LBL teaching method(P<0.05).Conclusion We Chat combined with PBL teaching method is much more better than LBL teaching method,which can help medical students to cultivate their clinical thinking and practical ability.
