摘要

该文在总结了湖北省乡村住宅总体需求的前提下,对湖北咸宁市通山县、黄冈市团风县与襄阳市襄州区的7个乡村进行走访调查,了解当地农民的住房现状和对轻钢结构的了解和接受程度。通过调查可知:湖北乡村住宅一般为两层,建筑面积大,一楼层高普遍较高,但装饰简单。大部分乡村住宅以砖混结构为主,自发建造,工期较长。大部分农民对轻钢结构房屋不了解和不接受。在乡村推广轻钢结构住宅必须加大宣传力度,并建造样板房。
        On the premise of summarizing the overall demand for rural housing in Hubei province,this paper investigated 7 villages in Tongshan county of Xianning city,Tuanfeng county of Huanggang city and Xiangzhou district of Xiangyang city to understand status of the housing of local farmers and their understanding and acceptance of light steel structure.According to the survey,there are generally two floors,with a large construction area and high floor height,but simple decoration.Most of the rural housing are masonry structure,built by themselves over a long period of time.Most farmers do not understand and do not accept the light steel structure of the house.In order to popularize the light steel structure in the countryside,the propaganda must be strengthen and the model house must be built.
