摘要
结合大电网应对自然灾害的需求,将调度防御系统扩展到自然环境变化(如高温、暴雨等),提出了自适应外部自然环境变化的调度防御系统的工程方案设计、接口和应用功能设计。从信息采集、分析预警、控制决策3个层面构建应对自然灾害的安全稳定防御体系,为各种自然环境下电网的安全稳定分析与控制决策提供技术支撑,有效地提升电网应对自然灾害的能力。文中阐述了该防御系统的框架、功能、接口及硬件设计,介绍了该设计方案在江西电网的应用,并给出了运行实例。
        To satisfy the technological demand for disaster prevention and self-adapting change of natural environment of power grid dispatch,the design of the framework,interfaces and functions of the prevention system are put forward.The prevention system is developed into the subsystems of information collection,analysis and decision making.It provides analysis and control decision making results to dispatchers to improve the safety and stability of the power grid in various disaster conditions.Its application in a provincial power grid is briefly treated.
