外部资源获取、内部创新投入与企业经济绩效关系——以新一代信息技术企业为例

文章以2011-2016年252家新一代信息技术产业上市公司为研究对象,研究了企业外部资源获取能力、内部创新投入水平与企业经济绩效间的关系及传导路径,并对其滞后效应进行分析。研究发现:无论当期还是滞后期,外部资源获取与内部创新投入均会促进企业经济绩效提升;企业外部资源获取能力是刺激内部创新投入的关键因素,能够有效提升内部创新投入水平;此外,外部资源获取影响内部创新投入进而促进企业经济绩效提升的传导链条始终存在,并且,企业当期内部创新投入对于上期外部资源获取促进当期经济绩效提升产生的中介效应作用最大。
This paper takes 252 listed new generation of information technology companies from 2011 to 2016 as the research object. The paper studies the relationship and conduct path between the external resources acquisition capability,the internal innovation input and the corporate economic performance,and also analyzes its hysteresis effect. The study finds that: Regardless the current or lag period,both the external resources acquisition and the internal innovation input promote the corporate economic performance. The capability to acquire external resources of enterprises is a key factor to stimulate the internal innovation input,which can effectively improve the level of internal innovation input. In addition,the transmission chain that the external resource acquisition affects the internal innovation input and further promotes the corporate economic performance always exists.Moreover,the internal innovation input of enterprises in the current period has the greatest mediating effect on the external resource acquisition in the previous period to promote the current economic performance.
