摘要
为实现能源互联网形势下电网资产的精细化管理,对于电网中监管缺失的数亿只通信单元,亟需一种监测方法进行资产管理,提升智能电网安全稳定和管理水平。文章以可由采集系统获取的内部唯一信息作为身份ID,采用三级管理、两层绑定的方式,利用ID信息完成通信单元的资产识别与监测,结合身份变更事件主动上报判别现场变化,实现通信单元运行资产情况的实时监测与异常判别。测试结果表明主站侧能够准确获知通信单元资产变化情况,验证了此方法的可行性。
        In order to realize the fine management of power grid assets under the situation of Energy Internet, it is urgent to find a monitoring method to carry out asset management for hundreds of millions of communication units whose supervision is missing in the power grid, so as to improve the security,stability and management level of smart grid. This paper uses the unique information of modules that can be read by collection system as the identity ID, and adopts three-level management and twolayer binding. Then the ID information is utilized to achieve asset identification and monitoring of communication unit, and combining with actively report of identity change event to discriminate changes on-site, so as to achieve real-time monitoring and abnormality identification of the operating communication units assets. The test results show that the master station can accurately get the changes of the communication unit assets, verifying the feasibility of this method.
