小针刀配合膝痹热敷方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

摘要
目的:探讨小针刀联合膝痹热敷方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法:选取200例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组患者采取小针刀配合膝痹热敷方进行治疗,对照组采取常规针刀松解治疗。治疗后对两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、关节活动度(range of motion,ROM)、膝关节炎严重性指数(index severity of arthritis,ISOA)以及治疗有效率进行对比评价。结果:治疗前,两组VAS评分、ISOA评分、ROM评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个月后,观察组VAS评分及ISOA评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),ROM评分及有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合膝痹热敷方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of small needle knife combined with Xibi Refu Prescription in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis( KOA). Methods: 200 patients with knee osteoarthritis( KOA) were selected as the research object. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with a small needle knife combined with Xibi Refu Prescription,and the control group was treated with conventional needle knife release. After the treatment,the visual analogue scale( VAS),the range of motion( ROM),the index severity of arthritis( ISOA) and the treatment effectiveness were compared. Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,ISOA score and ROM score between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After 1 month of treatment,the VAS score and ISOA score of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05),ROM score and effective rate were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The small needle knife combined with Xibi Refu Prescription is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.
