摘要
构建高职学生职业技能与职业精神融合培养体系对于推动融合培养实践开展、提高技术技能人才培养质量具有积极意义。该体系由融合培养理念、融合培养目标、融合培养条件和融合培养活动4个要素构成,在其实施中,应制定科学的融合培养制度,主动引导学生进行职业技能培养和职业精神培养,而且当前宜采用"将职业精神培养融入职业技能培养"这一融合培养方式。
It is of positive significance to construct the inclusive training system of vocational skills and vocational spirits of higher vocational college students for promoting the practice of inclusive training and improving the quality of technical and skilled talents' training. The system consists of four elements, such as the idea of inclusive training, the goal of inclusive training, the conditions of inclusive training and the activities of inclusive training. In its implementation, scientific inclusive training systems should be established, guiding the training of students' vocational skills and vocational spirits should be carried out actively, and inclusive training style "integrating vocational spirits training into vocational skills training" should be adopted in the current.
