强突煤层底板穿层钻孔高效成孔技术

摘要
底板穿层钻孔施工安全、应用范围广泛,已成为我国煤矿突出煤层瓦斯治理的有效方法之一,但在实施中,由于受到配套设备及工艺的因素制约,很难达到快速、高效的成孔要求。而底板穿层多列钻孔成孔技术借助于新型的多自由度、快速对孔调角钻机及工艺,具有消突、卸压效果好、钻进效率高等优势,采用该技术在淮北芦岭煤矿Ⅱ883运输巷对8号、9号强突煤层消突,瓦斯压力大于4 MPa,共施工5组60个钻孔,钻进效率提高1.3倍,瓦斯抽采纯流量提高30%,瓦斯抽采浓度超过95%。
        The layer penetration drilling is safety and wide application,and it has become one of the effective methods to control the coal mine gas in our country. In practice. Due to the drilling equipment and drilling process factors,it was difficult to meet the requirements of rapid and efficient hole formation. On the bottom layer and columns of drilling hole with the aid of new technology for multi degree of freedom and rapid hole drill and angle adjusting process. The drilling technology of bottom layer multiple boreholes has advantages of the eliminating outburst,pressure relief,efficiency drilling,using the drilling technology of removing outburst of No. 8 and No. 9 coal seam in Luling Coal Mine of Huaibei Ⅱ 883 transportation roadway,and gas pressure was greater than 4 MPa,a total of 5 construction group of 60 holes,to improve the efficiency of 1. 3 times,gas extraction of pure flow increased 30%,more than 95% gas extraction concentration.
