摘要
目的了解上海市浦东新区学生超重肥胖情况和含糖饮料消费情况与超重肥胖的关系,为控制和预防学生超重肥胖提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,分别调查3所小学、4所初中和2所高中学生的7种含糖饮料消费情况和超重肥胖情况。调查包括问卷调查、膳食调查和体格测量。结果本次共调查学生616名,其超重率和肥胖率分别为17.86%和13.64%。碳酸饮料平均每周消费149.01~199.00 ml、果蔬汁饮料平均每周消费199.01~249.00 ml和乳酸菌饮料平均每周消费299.01~349.00 ml与学生超重肥胖的发生显著相关,OR(95%CI)分别为3.95(1.03~15.19)、2.84(1.03~7.86)、4.24(1.47~12.18)。结论学生含糖饮料的消费量与超重肥胖存在一定的关联,建议学生适当减少含糖饮料的消费。
        [Objective]To investigate the overweight and obesity of students in Pudong New Area of Shanghai,and the association between consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages and overweight and obesity,provide information for controlling and preventing overweight and obesity among students. [Methods]A stratified multi-stage random sampling survey was performed to investigate students' consumption of seven kinds of sugar-sweetened beverages and overweight and obesity in three primary schools,four middle schools and two high schools. Questionnaire,dietary survey and physical examination formed the survey. [Results]Among616 students,the rate of overweight and obesity was 17.86% and 13.64% respectively. The average weekly consumption of carbonated beverage for 149.01-199.00 ml,the average weekly consumption of fruit and vegetable juice beverage for 199.01-249.00 ml and the average weekly consumption of lactobacillus beverage for 299.01-349.00 ml were significantly associated with students' overweight and obesity,and OR(95% CI) was 3.95(1.03-15.19),2.84(1.03-7.86) and 4.24(1.47-12.18),respectively.[Conclusion]Consuming amount of sugar-sweetened beverages is significantly associated with overweight and obesity in students.It is recommended that the students' consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages should be decreased.
