人文关怀护理对老年晚期肝癌患者精神、疼痛及满意度的影响研究

摘要
目的探讨人文关怀对老年肝癌晚期患者精神状态、疼痛程度及患者满意度的改善作用。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2017年1月)收治的90例肝癌晚期患者,根据不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=45)给予常规护理,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上给予人文关怀,对比两组患者治疗前后精神状态和疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果治疗后两组患者SDS、SAS评分对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛程度1～3级、4～6级比例24.44%、46.67%明显高于对照组6.67%、26.67%,疼痛程度7～10级比例28.89%明显低于对照组66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理满意度100.0%vs88.89%对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理工作中进行人文关怀可有效改善患者精神状态,降低疼痛程度,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care on the mental state,pain degree and patient satisfaction of elderly patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Ninety patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=45) was given routine nursing,while the observation group(n=45)was given humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The mental state,pain degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The percentages of pain grade 1 to 3,4 to 6 in the observation group were 24.44% and 46.67% higher than those in the control group(6.67% and 26.67%).The percentages of pain grade 7 to 10 in the observation group were 28.89% lower than those in the control group(66.67%,P <0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 100.0% vs 88.89%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care in nursing can effectively improve the mental state of patients,reduce the degree of pain,and patients' satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
