无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血治疗中应用结合雌激素片联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床研究

摘要
目的研究无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血治疗中应用结合雌激素片联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年6月该院收治的无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A、B组,每组100例。A组单用屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,B组应用结合雌激素片联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗;比较2组患者治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平,以及治疗后出血控制时间、完全止血时间、总有效率及不良反应发生率等。结果 2组患者治疗前子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平均明显优于治疗前,且B组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平均明显优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者治疗后出血控制时间、完全止血时间明显短于A组,总有效率明显高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血治疗中应用结合雌激素片联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床效果显著,可改善患者子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平,还可缩短患者出血控制时间、完全止血时间,不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of Conjugated Estrogens Tablets combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 200 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the group A and B according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group.The group A was treated with estrogen tablets alone.The group B selected the treatment of conjugated Estrogens Tablets combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets.The endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level before and after treatment,and post-treatment bleeding control time,complete stopping bleeding time,total effective rate and occurrence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level before treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level after treatment in the two groups were significantly superior to those before treatment,moreover the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level after treatment in the group B were significantly superior to those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time after treatment in the group B were significantly shorter than those in the group A,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions after treatment had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Conjugated Estrogens Tablets combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets has significant effect in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding,can improve the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level,shorten the bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time.The incidence rate of adverse reactions is low and the safety is high,which is worthy of popularization and application.
