硅藻土/聚氨酯复合吸声材料的制备与表征

摘要
以硅藻土、聚氨酯、发泡剂、开孔剂和阻燃剂为原料,制备了吸声性能优异的硅藻土/聚氨酯复合吸声材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、阿基米德法和传递函数阻抗管吸声测试系统对材料的物相组成、微观形貌、孔隙形态、密度和吸声性能进行了表征,研究了原料配合比对复合材料密度及不同频率吸声性能的影响。结果表明,当复合材料的密度为0.168 g/cm~3时,复合材料的吸声峰为1600 Hz,吸声峰系数高达0.93,其频率范围超过了2000 Hz。
        Diatom ite/Polyurethane compound sound-absorbing building materials with excellent sound absorption performance was successfully prepared by using diatomite,polyurethane,blowing agent,open cell agent and flame retardant agent as raw materials.The phase composition,microstructure,pore morphology,density and sound absorption properties of the materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Archimedes method and transfer function impedance tube sound absorption test system. The influence of raw materials on density and the different frequency,blowing agent and density on the sound absorption coefficient were studied. The results show that when the density is 0.168 g/cm~3,the absorption peak of the composite material is 1600 Hz,the sound absorption coefficient is up to 0.93,and the high frequency range is more than 2000 Hz.
