摘要
为了了解废胶粉在SBS/废胶粉复合改性多孔沥青混合料的性能效率,通过采用4%SBS与不同掺量的废胶粉(12%、15%和18%)复合改性OGFC13,并与6%SBS改性OGFC13进行性能比较。试验结果表明,废胶粉减少多孔沥青混合料的渗透性,但能显著提高其抗车辙能力。此外,随着废胶粉掺量的增加,弹性模量、防滑性和水稳定性得到改善,但达到一定掺量后,这些性能逐渐降低。同时,4%SBS与12%~15%废胶粉复合改性作用要优于6%SBS改性作用。
        In order to understand the performance of crumb rubber in SBS/crumb rubber modified porous asphalt mixture,the properties of OGFC13 modified by 4% SBS and different amount of crumb rubber( 12%,15%and 18%) were studied and compared with that of 6% SBS modified by OGFC13. The experimental results show that the crumb rubber powder can reduce the permeability of porous asphalt mixture,but it can significantly improve the rutting resistance. In addition,with the increase of the content of crumb rubber powder,the resilient modulus,skid resistance and moisture damage resistance were improved. But after a certain amount of admixture,these properties gradually decreased. At the same time,the modification effect of 4% SBS and 12% ~ 15% crumb rubber is better than that of 6% SBS.
