摘要
空隙率大小对多孔沥青混合料PAC-10的排水、抗滑和降噪等功能有重要影响,基于室内试验研究关键粒径同PAC-10空隙率和矿料间隙率等体积特征参数的关系。研究结果表明,2.36mm筛孔通过率与混合料空隙率的线性相关性最好,当2.36mm筛孔通过率由12%增加到22%时,混合料空隙率由20.2%逐渐减小到15.9%;在4.75~9.5mm、2.36~4.75mm和1.18~2.36mm 3档集料中,影响混合料空隙率大小的主要是2.36~4.75mm和1.18~2.36mm集料含量,增加2.36~4.75mm集料含量或减小1.18~2.36mm集料含量,混合料的空隙率逐渐增大;空隙率与连通空隙率之间有较好的线性关系,空隙率越大,连通空隙率也越大;对于4.75mm或2.36mm筛孔,矿料间隙率的变化趋势均同空隙率一样,而有效沥青饱和度的变化趋势均同空隙率相反。
        The air void has important influence on the functions of porous asphalt concrete such as drainage,anti-skidding and noise reduction,and the relationship between the key particle size and the volume characteristic parameters such as air voids and voids in mineral aggregate of the PAC-10 is studied based on laboratory experiment.The results show that the linear correlation between 2.36 mm sieve passing rate and air voids is best,and when 2.36 mm sieve passing rate increases from 12%to 22%,air voids decrease from 20.2%to 15.9%.Among the three groups aggregates 4.75~9.5 mm,2.36~4.75 mm and 1.18~2.36 mm,the main factors affecting air voids are 2.36~4.75 mm and 1.18~2.36 mm aggregates,furthermore,air voids increase gradually by increasing the content of 2.36~4.75 mm aggregates or reducing the content of 1.18~2.36 mm aggregates.The air voids and the connected air voids have a good linear relationship,the connected air voids increase when air voids increase gradually.For 4.75 mm sieve or 2.36 mm sieve,the change trend of voids in mineral aggregate is same as air voids,and the change trend of effective asphalt saturation is opposite to air voids.
