摘要
为分析再生拌和工艺对沥青混合料再生效果的影响,设计了3种热再生拌和工艺(再生剂同步添加工艺、再生剂异步添加工艺、再生剂-新沥青预混合工艺),并通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、间接拉伸开裂试验、动态模量试验等方法对再生混合料的性能进行试验分析。研究表明:不同热再生拌和工艺对再生沥青混合料的性能具有明显影响,由于再生剂-新沥青预混合工艺能够有效提高再生剂与老化沥青的融合程度,进而提高再生效果,因此,采用该工艺的再生混合料具有较好的抗车辙性能以及动态力学性能,低温抗裂以及综合抗裂性能也有一定程度的改善。
