摘要
为提高某缓倾斜薄至中厚多层难采复杂石墨矿体的采场生产能力和采矿效率,降低采矿成本,采用条带式开采嗣后胶结充填法。该方法考虑开采安全、成本、损失贫化率、回采率等技术经济指标因素,根据矿体多层产出、厚度不一、矿岩不稳固等开采条件,分别提出单层浅孔条带式充填采矿法、多层合采条带式充填采矿法和中深孔条带充填采矿法。生产实践表明:该方法不仅能保障安全,还大大降低了施工难度,且各项技术经济指标得到了明显改善;其中采场生产能力提高了68.25%,采矿工班效率提高了48.84%,采矿成本降低了33.98%,为企业带来了较大的经济效益和社会效益。
        In order to improve the mining capacity,mining efficiency and reduce the mining cost of a gently inclined and multilayer difficult to exploit complex graphite orebody with thickness from thin to medium,the paper innovative use strip-filling method in non-coal mine,which widely used in coal mines.The method is based on the application-technology in coal mine,combined with technical and economic index such as mining safety,cost,loss and dilution rate,recovery rate,and so on.In the meanwhile,According to the mining conditions which ore body is multi-layer output,the thickness is different,ore and rock are not stable,the paper propose single-layer shallow-hole strip-type filling mining method, multi-layer mining with strip mining method,medium and deep hole strip filling mining method respectively.The production results show that the program can not only guarantee the safety,the construction difficulty is greatly reduced,but also the technical and economic index have obvious optimization.The production capacity of the workshop increased by68.25%,the efficiency of mining work was increased by48.84%,and the mining cost was reduced by 33.98%,which brought great economic and social benefits to the mine production.
