摘要
多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)是电子信息技术的基础元件,在电子工业中被广泛应用。其中Ba Ti O_3基Y5V型MLCC拥有高的介电性能,好的温度稳定特性,市场需求较大,备受关注。本文以其为研究对象,分析单层厚度超薄的Y5V型Ba Ti O_3基MLCC的介电特性与储能特性,借助于介电频谱和温谱分析其介电极化对外场的响应特点。研究结果表明:Y5V型MLCC的介电常数被直流偏压所抑制,谐振频率随偏压的增加向高频方向移动,其静电储能密度达到了1.76 J/cm~3,储能效率随外电场的增加逐渐降低。
        Multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCCs)as basic components of electronic information systems have been widely used in the electronic industry.Among them,BaTiO_3-based MLCC with Y5V specification has attracted much attention for its good dielectric properties and temperature stability.In this paper,dielectric properties and electrostatic storage characteristics of the BaTiO_3-based Y5V MLCC with ultra-thin dielectric layers were studied.Its polarization response to the external electric field was analyzed,based on the frequency spectrum and temperature dependence of the dielectric properties.It is shown that the dielectric permittivity is suppressed by the applied dc bias and the resonant frequency shifts to the high frequency direction with the increase of the bias.Its electrostatic energy density reaches 1.76 J/cm~3 and the storage efficiency decreases with the increase of the electric field.
