摘要
随着飞机机电系统集成化和综合化程度越来越高,降低产品的功耗、体积和重量,同时提高产品的可靠性,已成为一种主流趋势。传统的离散量输入接口电路实现复杂,器件多,占板面积大、测试复杂,针对该问题,该文采用国产自主研制的离散量采集芯片(HKA03201),利用FPGA现对HKA03201的采集控制,通过配置HKA03201的外部电阻,可实现28V/开和地/开离散量的采集。相比于传统电路,该电路结构简单,配置灵活,体积小,重量轻,功耗低,占板面积小。该电路已应用于实际工程项目中,经仿真和试验验证,其工作稳定,具有较高的可靠性。
        As the airborne electromechanical system integration degree is higher and higher, reducing products' power consumption, volume, weight and improving reliability is becoming a main kind of trend. Traditional discrete acquisition circuit is implemented intricately, using many components, taking up large area and testing complexly. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs a high-integration circuit with the domestic discrete magnitude acquisition chip(HKA03201)and the controller(FPGA). Acquisition control is implemented by FPGA and configuring the proper resistor can Acquire 28 V/OPEN, GND/OPEN signal. Compared with the traditional circuit, the circuit has the advantages of simple structure, flexible configuration, small size, light weight,low power consumption and small area. The circuit has been applied in practical engineering project, simulations and examinations reveal it works stably and reliably.
