摘要
本设计提出一种新逆变电源抗冲击测试系统,将常用逆变电源冲击测试工装设备数字化,面板输入需要的冲击功率,用智能化的集群控制方法代替原来的人工手动控制,通过MCU芯片计算冲击功率,自动确定和选择工作路数,统计每路工作次数及时间间隔,保证设备的利用率趋于一致,提高了系统测试的准确性,降低测试工装设备故障概率,节约成本.
This design presents a new kind of anti-impact testing system for inverter, digital the commom equipment of anti-impact testing for inverter, panel input required impact power, instead of the original manual control, this use the intelligent control method of cluster the impact power, through the calculation of MCU chip, identify and select channel automatically,statistical every number of channel and time intervals, to ensure the equipment utilization, improve the accuracy of the system test, reduce testing tooling equipment failure probability and cost savings.
