Aiming at the problem of helicopter/ship dynamic, helicopter take-off and landing characteristics is researched to study the ship deck airwake and helicopter operation. The airflow field above the deck is calculated by CFD method. In this paper,we focus on the deck airflow from different wind angles and vortex shedding. The flight dynamic model of ship/helicopter is established, based on gust penetration model of ship airflow Peters-He inflow model. We computed the helicopter take-off and landing characteristics on the deck different positions, which an important basis for ship helicopter safe operational limitation.
