摘要
以某发动机空压机盖板与齿轮室盖的非石棉垫片密封结构为研究对象,用有限元法对非石棉垫片进行面压力模拟计算。基于ABAQUS中的GASKET单元对非石棉垫片进行有限元建模,通过非石棉垫片的回弹特性曲线,实现对非石棉垫片在厚度方向上的非线性特性模拟。施加不同螺栓预紧力,分析不同条件下非石棉垫片的面压力。对比面压试验结果,仿真结果与试验结果一致性很高,证明仿真方法的有效性。基于仿真结果优化空压机盖板结构,提出优化建议。
Taking the sealing structure of the cover plate of an engine air compressor and the casing of gear chamber as the research object, the finite element method is used to simulate the surface pressure of a non-asbestos gasket. Based on the finite element modeling of non-asbestos GASKET in ABAQUS, through the elastic characteristic curve of non-asbestos GASKET, the nonlinear characteristic of non-asbestos GASKET in the thickness direction can be simulated. The surface pressure of non-asbestos gaskets under different conditions is analyzed by applying different bolt pretightening forces. Compared with the surface pressure test results, the simulation results are highly consistent with the test results, proving the effectiveness of the simulation method. Based on the simulation results, the structure of cover plate of air compressor is optimized, and the optimization suggestions are proposed.
