摘要
目的:对地耳草石油醚部位进行化学成分研究。方法:地耳草用乙醇冷浸提取,得到粗提物,将其用石油醚萃取后采用各种层析技术进行分离纯化,并对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到8个单体化合物,分别为(1)2-acetyl-3,5-di-hydroxy-1-geranoxy-6-methyl-4-(2-methyl)butyryl-ben-zene,(2)Empetrikarinol A,(3)2-acetyl-3,5-dihydroxy-1-geranoxy-6-methyl-4-(2-methyl)butyryl-benzene,(4)1-(2,4,6-Thihydroxyphenyl)Butan-1-one,(5)1-(2,4,6-Thihydroxy phenyl-3-methyl)Butan-1-one,对羟基苯丙酸甲酯,O-methoxy cinnamaldehyde,对甲氧基苯甲酸。结论:化合物1-5为间苯三酚类化合物,化合物2,4,5,6,7首次从地耳草中分离得到。
        Objective: To investigate the chemical components in Hypericum japonicum. Methods: The crude extract of Hypericum japonicum was obtained extracted by ethanol,and then filtrated and extracted by petroleum ether. The chemical components of petroleum ether portion were obtained by repeated extensive column chromatography( silica gel,YMC gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC),and then identified by IR,NMR,HRESIMS and ECD spectroscopic analysis. Results: Totally 8 compounds were isolated from the extract of petroleum ether of Hypericum japonicum,and identified as 2-acetyl-3,5-di-hydroxy-1-geranoxy-6-methyl-4-( 2-methyl) butyryl-benzene( 1),empetrikarinol A( 2),2-acetyl-3,5-dihydroxy-1-geranoxy-6-methyl-4-( 2-methyl) butyryl-benzene( 3),1-( 2,4,6-thihydroxyphenyl) butan-1-one( 4),1-( 2,4,6-thihydroxy phenyl-3-methyl) butan-1-one( 5),methyl p-hydroxyphenylpropionate( 6),Omethoxy cinnamaldehyde( 7) and p-MBA( 8). Conclusion: The compounds 1-5 are phloroglucinol components,and compounds 2,4,5,6 and 7 are isolated from Hypericum japonicum for the first time.
