孙申田教授以经颅重复针刺激手法调神治疗疾病的经验

摘要
孙申田教授认为,疾病的发生均与"神损"有关,治疗应注重"调神"。孙教授基于"脑为元神之府""凡刺之法,必本于神"的中医理论以及西医对大脑解剖学及功能的探索,以经颅重复针刺激(r TAS)手法在特定穴、区(百会穴、情感区)进行针刺刺激,通过调神来治疗临床各类病症,此方法可概括为"神安病减"。该方法仅应用于头针,并强调足够的刺激量。研究介绍了孙教授"神安病减"的理论基础、中西医机理、操作方法,并提出r TAS可能的作用途径,为临床针刺治疗疾病提供新思路、新方法。
Professor SUN Shentian believes that occurrence of diseases are related to Shen damage,therefore it is important to regulate Shen when treating the disease. Professor Sun put forward the method of calming Shen to treat the disease with repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation( r TAS) on specific acupoints( GV20,emotional area),based on the TCM theroies of brain storing the original Shen and all acupuncture methods taking Shen as the core,as well as based on cerebral anatomy and the function of brain in western medicine. This method is only applied to scalp acupuncture and sufficient quantity of stimulus is necessary. This study introduced the theory basis of calming Shen to treat disease,its TCM mechanism and western medicine mechanism,the operation method,the possible ways of r TAS acting,so as to provide a new thought and a new method to treat neuropathy or psychosis in clinic.
