口服盐酸多西环素分散片联合新癀片治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

摘要
目的 :观察口服多西环素分散片联合新癀片治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效。方法 :选取寻常痤疮患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予盐酸多西环素分散片0.1 g/次,2次/d,同时每晚睡前口服新癀片,连续使用6周;对照组早晚外用过氧苯甲酰凝胶,连续用6周。比较两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果 :治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(84.2%vs 40.6%,P<0.01)。结论 :口服多西环素分散片联合新癀片治疗寻常痤疮安全有效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of oral doxycycline dispersible tablets combined with Xinhuang tablets in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: Eighty patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases each. Doxycycline dispersible tablets were given at 0.1 g each time, twice a day and meanwhile Xinhuang tablets were orally taken every night before sleeping for 6 weeks in the treatment group while benzoyl peroxide gel was topically applied for 6 weeks in the control group. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than the control group(84.2% vs 40.6%, P<0.01). Conclusion: Doxycycline dispersible tablets combined with Xinhuang tablets for the treatment of acne vulgaris are safe and effective.
