摘要
针对MasterCAM软件自带哈斯机床后处理系统的特点,通过一个五轴加工零件设计案例介绍哈斯五轴(3+2)机床的偏置测量与设定方法。利用MasterCAM软件制定相应的加工策略,生成刀具路径并进行模拟验证,给出了后置处理的方法,并根据生成的数字控制(NC)程序最终完成零件的加工,为MasterCAM软件在哈斯机床上的多轴加工应用提供参考。
According to MasterCAM software with Haas machine post-processing features,this paper designs a five-axis machining parts and introduces Haas 3+2 five-axis machine offset measurement and operating method.By using MasterCAM software,the corresponding processing strategy is developed and then the tool path is generated and simulated.Two methods of post-processing are given.Finally according to the generated NC program,the final processing parts are completed.This paper provides a reference for MasterCAM software to carry out multi-axis machining on Haas machine tool.
