校企共建“多轴加工技术资源库”探索与研究

摘要
本文以2014年教育部DMG MS校企共建项目为背景,以产教融合联盟资源库建设案例为依据,以服务高、精、尖制造技术人才培养为目的,分析论证了多轴加工资源库建设的必要性和建设的详细过程。从企业案例选择到加工过程制定,从知识点、技能点分解到案例录制整理验收,深入阐述了资源库建设的具体实施思路和实现的方式方法,结合典型伞叶轮加工案例对建设项目化、通用性、开放式、共享式的技术型专业资源库进行了分析。
In this paper,based on the construction program of DMG MS school and enterprise in 2014,based on the construction of alliance resource base cases with the integration of industry and teaching,the article analyzes and demonstrates the necessity and the detailed construction process of multi-axis processing resource base construction with the purpose of serving high-level,fine and top manufacturing technology personnel. From the case selection of the enterprise to the processing process establishment,from the knowledge point,the skill point to the case recording and checking and acceptance,the concrete implementation ideas and methods of the resource base construction are deeply expounded. The project based,universal,open and shared technical professional resource base is constructed by combining the typical case of the parachute impeller processing.
