介绍一种用于大型机床超长零件分体制造调整联接精度和联接定位的楔形机构。详细介绍了该机构的基本原理和设计步骤,并通过有限元分析和实际应用验证了该机构的稳定性、可靠性。
This paper introduces a wedge mechanism for adjusting the connection accuracy and positioning in the split manufacturing of super-long parts of large machine tools. The basic principle and design steps of the mechanism are introduced in detail,and the stability and reliability of the mechanism are verified by finite element analysis and practical application.
