摘要
大型机械压力机采用分体式离合制动器来控制机床滑块等运动副的运动和停止,但这两个是单独动作没有机械互锁,需要控制系统来保证离合器和制动器动作按要求动作,不发生干涉,同时又要保证对人的安全。本文对此进行了研究探讨。
The large mechanical press adopts a split type clutch brake to control the movement and stop of the machine's slider and other motion pairs, but these two are independent movements without mechanical interlocking. The control system has been required to ensure the action of the clutch and brake according to the requirements without interference, as well as the safety of the person at the same time.
