摘要

高校校园文化活动是大学生思想政治教育的有效载体,具有时代性、导向性、多元性、创新性的基本特征,采取单一的项目管理思想,可能会导致不同的校园文化活动目标的不一致。校园文化建设引入多项目管理理论有其必要性和可行性,可以从组织保障、目标选择、程序步骤、效果评价等方面加以落实执行。
        College campus cultural activities is the effective carrier of university students' ideological and political education,Has the basic characteristics of the time, orientation, diversity and innovation,Adopting a single project management thought may result in different goals of campus cultural activities. It is necessary and feasible to introduce multi-project management theory in campus culture construction, which can be implemented in terms of organizational guarantee, target selection, procedure and effect evaluation.
