摘要
文章重点研究的问题是AGV控制系统,主要进行上位服务器对下位机AGV的控制与调度管理。采用TCP/IP协议Socket通信机制进行网络通信交互,设计了自定义通信协议,并结合多线程以动态链接库技术等多种解决方案来进行上位机服务系统的设计,保证与下位机系统的正常通信。此外,进行了调度算法的设计,利用遗传算法的思想作为调度策略,进行AGV的调度及行驶路径规划。
        This paper focuses on the problem of AGV control system, which mainly carries on the control and scheduling management of AGV. In the study of the communication technology and studying the based on a large number of reference data, network communication using TCP/IP protocol socket communication mechanism, the custom communication protocol is designed, combined with multi thread to dynamic link library technology and so on many kinds of solutions to design the computer service system, guarantee and the lower position machine system of normal communication. In addition, using the idea of genetic algorithm as a scheduling strategy to perform AGV scheduling and travel path planning.
