摘要
五探1井是中石油在川渝东部地区部署的一口风险探井,目的层为龙王庙组和灯影组,进陡山沱20m完钻。设计三开用?444.5 mm钻头从井深360 m钻至3 480 m,沙溪庙至嘉二3中部。通过对各层段的地层特性和邻井资料分析,识别到井塌、缩径、膏盐污染、井斜、井漏、磨钻头等工程风险。采用配强钻井装备、个性化PDC钻头、复合钻头、大尺寸大扭矩螺杆、优化钻井液性能、大钻铤钟摆钻具组合、优化钻井参数等技术手段,仅用58.56 d从井深323 m钻达3 550 m,?365.1 mm+?374.65 mm技术套管顺利下入预定井深,井身质量全优。创下川东地区?444.5 mm井眼最深、进度最快纪录,形成了下川东地区大尺寸超长井眼安全、优快钻井综合配套技术。
        Well WT-1 is a risk exploration well deployed by CNPC in eastern Sichuan and Chongqing. The target layers are Fm Longwangmiao and Fm Dengying,completed after 20 m drilled into Fm Doushantuo. According to the design,?444. 5 mm bit would be used in the third spud section from 360 m to 3480 m,Fm Shaximiao to the middle of Fm Jialingjiang-2.From the formation characteristics and the offset data,there recognized engineering hazards like well caving,shrinkage,mud pollution,well deviation,lost circulation and bit wear. By using high level equipment,customized PDC bits,composite bits,large size and large torque PDM,high performance drilling fluid,pendulum assembly with big drill collar,optimized drilling parameters,only 58. 56 days were taken for drilling from 323 m to 3550 m. The ?365. 1 mm and ?374. 65 mm technical casings were run down to the preset well depth with good bore hole quality. It has set a deepest MD and fastest drilling record for φ444.5 mm section drilling,and an integrated fast high-quality drilling technology is developed for extralong large-size section drilling in eastern Sichuan.
