全媒体环境下高职学报的转型发展

摘要
随着移动通信技术与互联网技术的飞速发展,以网络媒体、手机媒体为代表的新媒体发展势头迅猛,对传统媒体不断形成冲击与挤压。处于弱势地位的高职学报必须转型发展,才能适应全媒体时代的要求。在阐述全媒体概念,分析全媒体对大众阅读习惯影响的基础上,提出高职学报转型发展的对策:认清形势,强化经营管理者的危机意识;打破常规,破解技术人才匮乏的难题;数字转型,开发个性化的服务功能;坚持特色,提升高职学报学术影响力。
With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and the rapid development of Internet technology, the development of new media represented by the on-line media and the mobile media is developing rapidly. The new media constantly impacts and diminishes the traditional media. Academic journals of higher vocational colleges should be transformed and developed to meet the requirements of the full media age. The full media concept and the the media influence on the public reading habits are elaborated in this paper, and countermeasures of transformation and development of higher vocational journals are proposed: a clear understanding of the situation, the significance for the management to improve the sense of crisis; breaking the rules and cracking the technology talent shortage problem; digital transformation and the development of personalized service function; adhering to the characteristics and the academic influence of higher vocational journals.
