摘要
目的观察采用荐神经根射频热凝损毁法建立兔大便失禁动物模型的效果。方法选取8月龄雄性新西兰兔10只,采用Baylis射频热凝治疗仪选择性定位支配肛门括约肌的荐神经根并损毁。观察并记录造模后新西兰兔一般状况、探测针穿刺部位感染情况、肛门周围污便及造模前后肛门静息压情况。结果造模后24 h内,10只实验兔均出现肛周及下腹部粪便污染。实验兔造模后7 d的麻醉下肛门静息压与造模前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);造模后1个月麻醉下肛门静息压低于造模前(P <0.05),与造模后7 d水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。至造模后1个月测定麻醉下肛门静息压完毕,全部实验动物一般存活情况良好,未见其他造模并发症。结论选择性荐神经根射频热凝损毁法建立新西兰兔排粪失禁动物模型操作简便、成模率高、性状稳定,可在神经源性大便失禁动物模型研究中推广应用。
        Objectives To investigate the effect of establishing rabbit fecal incontinence animal model using radiofrequency ablation of the sacral nerve roots. Methods Ten 8-month-old male New Zealand rabbits were selected. The sacral nerve roots innervating the anal sphincter was selectively located and destroyed by Baylis radiofrequency thermocoagulation apparatus. The general condition of the rabbits, infection of the puncture site, fecal contamination around the anus and the resting pressure of the anus before and after model building were observed and recorded. Results Within 24 hours after model building, all 10 rabbits developed fecal contamination around the anus and lower abdomen. Compared with before model building, the anal resting pressure under anesthesia at the 7~(th) day was significantly different(P < 0.05). The pressure at the 1~(st) month was significantly lower than before model building(P < 0.05) but was comparable to that at the 7~(th) day(P > 0.05). By the end of the 1~(st) month after model building and the anal rest pressure under anesthesia was detected, all experimental animals generally survived well without any other complications. Conclusion Selective radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the sacral nerve root in New Zealand rabbits was a simple, effective and stable animal model for fecal incontinence. This method could be widely used in the study of neurogenic fecal incontinence animal models.
