城市新区大健康产业布局研究——以济南西部新城为例

城市新区是伴随着工业化和城市化的发展,在主城区相邻区域形成的具有完整城市功能的空间。大健康产业是目前城市产业转型升级的重点方向,以城市新区为依托布局大健康产业,已成为国内许多地区布局大健康产业的基本选择。济南西部新城是基于济南城市空间拓展而形成的城市新区,基于自身禀赋条件和全新的城市功能属性,济南西部新城可以按照"一核四带七点"的产业布局框架,打造形态多样、功能互补、多点联动、体系完整的大健康产业体系。同时,应着力加强环境治理,为大健康产业发展提供制度与环境保障。
With increasing industrialisation and urbanisation,new urban district emerges in an area adjacent to the main city district as a space with complete urban functions.The Grand Health Industry,which is built in the new urban district,becomes a common practice in many regions in China and a major part in the transformation and upgrading of urban industries.Jinan New Western City is a new urban district developed with the expansion of Jinan's urban space.Based on its natural conditions and brand-new urban functions,Jinan New Western City should develop with the industries' layout framework of "One Core,Four Belts,Seven Points" and build a Grand Health Industrial framework with diverse forms,mutual-complementary functions,multi-point interactions,and system integrity.Meanwhile,environmental management should be further strengthened to provide an institutional and environmental protection for the development of the Grand Health Industry.
