产后大出血护理应急预案及护理措施分析

摘要
目的分析产后大出血护理应急预案及护理措施。方法选取我院2014年2月～2017年4月期间收治的产妇中,出现大出血的患者120例进行本文研究。将120例患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取应急预案护理模式,对比两组患者治疗各项指标和护理满意度。结果实验组患者采取应急预案护理后,患者对护理的满意度高于常规护理的对照组,两组患者护理满意度对比具有较大差异则表示统计学有意义。实验组患者的住院时间,止血时间,手术时间等指标低于对照组患者,P<0.05表示统计学有意义。结论为产后大出血的患者实施应急预案护理模式,能够有效控制患者出血情况,降低止血时间,手术时间和住院时间等指标,提高患者对护理的满意度,促进患者预后和生活质量,对促进产妇康复具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the emergency plan and nursing measure of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 120 cases of hemorrhage were selected from February 2014 to April 2017. The 120 patients were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group took routine nursing. The experimental group took emergency plan nursing model and compared the two groups of patients to treat various indicators and nursing satisfaction. Results The patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. In the experimental group, the indicators such as hospitalization time, hemostasis time, and operation time were lower than those in the control group. P<0.05 indicated statistical significance. Conclusion implementing the emergency plan nursing model for patients with postpartum hemorrhage can effectively control the bleeding situation of patients, reduce bleeding time, operation time and hospitalization time, improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing, and promote the patient's prognosis and quality of life. It is of great significance to promote maternal rehabilitation.
