四川省南向铁路货运通道研究

摘要
四川省是"一带一路"和长江经济带战略发展的纽带与核心地区,是我国西南地区沟通东南亚等国家的重要交通走廊,完善四川省南向铁路货运通道布局具有重要意义。在分析四川省社会经济现状以及铁路货物运输现状的基础上,结合区域铁路网现状及规划情况,指出区域南向货运通道存在的问题。预测研究年度四川省铁路货物运输需求总量及流向,根据四川省南向铁路货运通道径路比较分析,确定四川省南向铁路货运通道分工及功能定位,提出四川省南向铁路货运通道的发展对策及建议。
Sichuan province is the connection and central region for the "Belt and Road Initiative" strategic construction and development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is an important transportation for the Southwest China to communicate with other Southeast Asian countries. Firstly, based on the analysis of social and economic status of Sichuan Province and the current situation of railway freight transport, this issue proposes the problems of Southward Railway Freight Transport Corridor. Secondly, projecting and studying the annual total demand and flow direction of railway freight transportation in Sichuan Province by the method of qualitative and quantitative. Thirdly, according to the comparative analysis of the routes of Southward Railway Freight Transport Corridor in Sichuan Province in order to determine the division of labor and the functional orientation to the Southward Railway Freight Transport Corridor. Finally, the development countermeasures and suggestions on Southward Railway Freight Transport Corridor in Sichuan Province are purposed.
