大型煤化工项目煤储运系统存在的问题及整改措施

摘要
大型煤储运系统运行中的皮带跑偏和煤炭堵塞的故障非常常见,影响煤炭运输的效率,不利于生产运输。大型煤储运系统还经常会出现临时停运事件,严重影响了煤炭储运系统的正常运行。主要以企业煤储运系统为分析主体,分析煤炭储运系统中的皮带跑偏问题和在各个环节中出现的堵煤情况并进行了细致地总结,同时针对存在的问题提出整改措施,进而提高大型煤化工项目的煤炭系统的整体运行效率,提高各个设备安装的质量和水平,加大对大型煤储运系统的科学合理的利用,充分发挥其最大价值,为我国的工业化建设提供优质服务。
