摘要
针对国内核电厂几起典型螺栓断裂缺陷,从螺栓结构、工作环境、运行条件等方面对螺栓断裂原因进行分析。根据原因分析结果,提出通过改进螺栓型式、表面处理工艺优化、螺栓安装工艺优化等措施控制螺栓质量,确保重要设备螺栓满足现场实际工作需要。
In view of several typical bolt fracture defects in domestic nuclear power plants, the causes of bolt fracture are analyzed from the aspects of bolt structure, working environment and operating conditions. According to the analysis results,the improvement measures of bolt quality control are put forward by bolt structure improvement, surface treatment process optimization and bolt installation process optimization. These improvement measures are used to ensure that the bolts of important equipment meet the actual work needs on site.
