尺度重组视角下中国城市群空间重构探究

摘要
尺度重组是城市与区域空间重构的重要认知维度,城市与区域通过尺度重组实现地域空间形态的重构和社会空间治理的重构。基于对尺度重组现有分析框架和研究路径的探讨,发现中国城市群空间重构经历了两个过程:一是城市群地域空间重构逐渐形成以经济带—城市群—次域城市群为主体的城市群空间框架;二是城市群社会空间治理经历了由行政区治理、区域融合治理到区域一体化治理的重构过程。以经济带—城市群—次域城市群为主体的城市群空间框架服务于城市群一体化治理目标,强调城市群发展的系统性、整体性和层次性,将成为中国城市群空间发展形态的重要方向。
Scale reconstruction is an important cognitive dimension of cities and regions space reconstruction. Through scale reconstruction, cities and regions continuously realize the reconstruction of regional space and social space. Based on the discussion of the existing analysis framework and research path of scale reorganization, the spatial reconstruction of China's urban agglomerations has experienced two processes. On one hand, the regional spatial reconstruction of urban agglomeration in China forms gradually the spatial framework of urban agglomeration with agglomeration". On the other hand, the spatial governance of urban agglomeration in China has also experienced the reconstruction process of government fragmentation, government coordinated governance and holistic governance. The spatial framework of urban agglomeration which is dominated by"economic belt-urban agglomeration-subregional urban agglomeration", serves the integrated governance goal of urban agglomeration. And it emphasizes the systematic, integral and hierarchical development of urban agglomeration, which will become an important direction for the spatial development of China's urban agglomeration in the future.
