摘要

文章分析了西方发达国家德国、美国、日本物流管理本科教育的特点及启示,并以临沂大学为例阐述了我国物流管理本科教育特点及存在的问题,比较了中外物流管理本科教育的差异,基于此提出了创新创业教育背景下物流管理创新创业人才的培养途径策略。
        This paper analyzes the characteristics and enlightenment of logistics management undergraduate education in western developed countries such as Germany, the United States and Japan, and takes Linyi University as an example to illustrate the characteristics and problems of logistics management undergraduate education in China, and compares the differences of logistics management undergraduate education between China and foreign countries, and puts forward the training strategies of logistics management innovation and entrepreneurship talents under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
