大学生积极心理资本、创业自我效能感与创业绩效之间的关系

摘要
目的研究大学生积极心理资本、创业自我效能感与创业资本之间的关系。方法采用积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)、创业自我效能感问卷和创业绩效问卷对陕西省西安、咸阳、宝鸡3市3所大学的大三、大四学生进行调查。结果 (1)大学生积极心理资本与创业自我效能感之间呈显著正相关(r=0.586,P<0.01),与创业绩效呈显著正相关(r=0.255,P<0.01);创业自我效能感与创业绩效呈显著正相关(r=0.321,P<0.01)。(2)大学生积极心理资本、创业自我效能感对大学生创业绩效有显著的正向预测作用。(3)大学生创业自我效能感在积极心理资本与创业绩效之间存在部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的74%。结论大学生积极心理资本、创业自我效能感与创业绩效显著相关,创业自我效能感在积极心理资本对创业绩效的影响中起到中介作用。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between positive psychological capital, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial performance of college students.[Methods] The college students of grade 3 and 4 from three universities in Xi'an City, Baoji City and Xianyang City were investigated by the Positive Psychological capital Questionnaire(PPQ), entrepreneurial selfefficacy questionnaire and entrepreneurial performance questionnaire.[Results] ① There was a significant positive correlation between the positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students(r=0.586, P<0.01).The positive psychological capital was positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance( r = 0.255, P<0.01).The entrepreneuria l selfefficacy was positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance( r = 0.3 21, P<0.01).②The positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students had significant positive predictive effects on their entrepreneurial performance.③ Entrepreneurial self-efficacy had partial intermediary effect between positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial performance, and the mediation effect accounted 74% of the total effect.[Conclusion] There is a significant positive correlation between positive psychological capital, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial performance of college students.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the influence of positive psychological capital on entrepreneurial performance.
