需求分析视角下高职公共英语课程设置及实践研究

摘要
目前我国高职院校在公共英语课程的设置上存在比较严重的问题,如课程定位不够明晰,导致学生将来毕业与从事的职业和岗位难以适应等。本文在突出高职院校毕业人才外语技能强化和与将来就业相匹配的发展导向下,针对我国高职院校教育的发展状况及其公共英语课程设置方面的情况进行了分析研究,对当前高职院校公共英语课程设置方面存在的问题,提出了相应的解决策略和措施,以期增强高职院校毕业生在人才市场上的竞争力,并对我国高职院校公共英语课程设置的优化发挥参考作用。
At present, there is a problem that the curriculum orientation of public English courses in China's higher vocational colleges is not clear enough, which leads to the inconsistency of students' ability and job requirements after graduation. Based on the goal of realizing the foreign language skills of graduates in higher vocational colleges can conform to the requirements of employment, this paper analyzes the current situation of public English courses in higher vocational colleges, find the problems in the setting of exist in public English courses in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward strategies to improve the competitiveness of higher vocational college graduates in the manpower market, and plays an reference role in optimizing the setting of public English courses in higher vocational colleges in China.
