摘要

目前特种设备检验数字化推广应用研究受到广泛关注。时效性是特种设备检验报告的本质属性。作者针对目前纸质检验报告发放和归档中不能充分发挥时效性的弊端,特提出采用电子化发放和归档构想,论述了其必要性和可行性。特种设备检验报告电子化发放与归档,具有信息量大、保密性强、便捷度高、流通性好、低成本、可追溯、准确高效、便于综合利用等特点,其推广和运用利国利民、势在必行。
        At present,the popularization and application of digitalization of special equipment inspection has attracted wide attention.Accuracy and efficiency is essential attribute of special equipment inspection report.In the view of the malpractice of not giving full play to the accuracy and efficiency in distribution and filing of the paper inspection report,the author proposes the idea of using digital distribution and filing,and discusses its necessity and feasibility.The digital distribution and filing of special equipment inspection report is featured with large information amount,strong confidentiality,high convenience,good liquidity,low cost,traceability accurate and efficient,and easy comprehensive utilization.Therefore it is imperative to popularize and apply it to benefit the country and the people.
