摘要
光栅式传感器就是指采用光栅叠栅条纹原理测量位移的传感器。这种光栅形成的叠栅条纹具有光学放大作用和误差平均效应,可以在一定程度上提高测量结果的准确度。后为实现大应变测量,又设计了光栅式大应变传感器,这类感应器有良好的线性特点和较高的灵敏度,可以广泛应用于各种测量仪器中。
Grating sensors are sensors that measure displacement by grating grating principle. The overlapped grating fringes formed by this grating have optical amplification effect and error averaging effect, which can improve the accuracy of measurement to a certain extent. In order to realize large strain measurement, a grating type large strain sensor is designed, which has good linear characteristics and high sensitivity, and can be widely used in various measuring instruments.
